Oh Amanda and Charlie, I know we never met prior to your wedding, (even though we sent MANY emails back and forth 🙂 )but the warmth and openness you and your families showed me that day fully took care of that.
Amanda got ready at a lovely bed and breakfast, The Shearwater Inn which allowed for a few candids and some family portraits.
The lovely and unique bouquet from Roses and Rice was made of lovely herbs, (they also added a TON of gorgeous greenery and details to the venue space)
I snapped a few quick portraits of the newlyweds shortly after the ceremony so they could enjoy the cocktail hour (and so we could take advantage of the delicious light the sun would give us at a later time)
Some beautiful touches
My favorite first dance shot of the day
When you’ve been friends with your best man and maid of honor FOREVER, they have some stories to tell.
We ducked out as the venue served dinner
Love that flare!
Guys, stop, Vogue called they want you back!
I love parent dances, they tell so much about the relationship between parent and child. I sometimes wonder what I will dance with my son at his future wedding. These guys obviously all have a special bond.
And then it was time for that gorgeous tart/cake 🙂
Congrats you two sweeties!
